Why we do what we do || Yoga for BJJ

Sometimes...
We don't even know why we do what we do. As we are crushed and submitted in that last Jiu-Jitsu round, asking ourselves why we keep doing this as we use the excuse of grabbing a water to keep our turning stomachs under control from that insane wrestling. 
Then sometimes...We do know why we do what we do. Deep down. Because there is a crazy part of us that loves the challenge. The challenge of being pushed to our limits physically, the challenge of having to intellectually solve a puzzle as we battle for our lives - of finding out what we are capable of. And we coming back until we are capable of more and more. 
This is why we do Yoga for Jiu-Jitsu, so we can recover when we walk off those mats and prevent injuries of over use of muscles - only to get ready to do it all over again. 
This is why we are so proud to rep Yoga for BJJ clothing. To show the world what has brought us that edge in flexibility and mobility with the recovery in stretching and relaxing.
